I have a contract with my current provider

That’s fine and to be honest somewhat expected. Most of the time we simply just pay the fee to cancel your current agreement so that you can choose to do what you feel is best for your business

What happens if my equipment breaks?

Cantina always provides free POS hardware that we own, so if something breaks it's our responsibility and not yours.

How much does Cantina cost?

What's the catch / how is it Free?

Trust issues? It's okay we get it. If it sounds too good it must be too good. At Cantina we invest in every one of the restaurants we do business with and make a small amount back from the credit card processing every month. Eventually we turned a profit and simultaneously built a relationship and helped a business to excel.

How long does it take to get setup?

Keep in mind we are handling all the programming and physically installing the system so give us a few weeks. In a hurry for a grand opening or need setup faster let us know amd we will do everything possible to accommodate.

How is training handled?

We have a really big book and a test at the end of the week, so make sure to study! Seriously though we are not going to letr you fail, that’s why we always have our team onsite to train your team when you go live.
